Instrument Warranty
Med Surgical and Meisterhand Instruments are guaranteed to be free from material defects. Our Guarantee also includes a commitment to the very highest standards of quality craftsmanship and this standard will be employed in the manufacture of each and every Instrument. If either of these high standards are not met by Med Surgical, our customer may return the Instrument to be repaired or replaced at our discretion and at no charge.

Product Warranty
Med Surgical also offers to our customers an array of com plementary surgical and dental products. These are held to the same high standards of material and workmanship as our instruments. However, all of these quality products are also provided with a limited one-year warranty.
- Chiropractic and Auto-Surgical Mallets
- Electrosurgical Instrumentation
- Laparoscopic Instruments and Scopes
- Instrument Containers and Cassettes
- Electrical Devices

Repair Warranty
If for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with a Med Surgical repair we guarantee to replace or again repair the product at no charge if returned within 90 days. We request our customers to assist us in
protecting our employees by only returning instruments for repair which have been cleaned and sterilized.

Warranty Stipulations
Our Warranty is effective from the date-of-purchase from either and only from Med Surgical or an Authorized Med Surgical Distributor. It remains in effect if the Instrument or Product is used for its intended surgical or dental purpose as well as if continuous and proper care of the instrument or product is maintained.

Other Warranty Information for our Customers
- We ask our customers to use only the Med Surgical Repair Services for our products so that the Warranty remains in effect.
- We love to meet your unique or special needs with custom produced product but these items are not returnable.
- Med Surgical offers excellent Care and Cleaning products for our instruments. Please use them or other appropriate choices to properly maintain this valuable asset as well as maintain the Warranty.
- We strongly recommend the correct instrument for the identified clinical need since misuse can damage an instrument or product and void the Warranty.
- Hurricanes, fires or other disasters void the Warranty.

A Final and Requisite Statement As set forth in these Terms, Conditions, Policy and Warranty, Med Surgical makes no other representations, either expre ssed or implied, which supersede the above
descriptions. In no event will Med Surgical be liable for any incidental, special or exemplary damages or loss of profits in connection with the use of a Med Surgical Instrument or Product.
