Service and Repair Instructions
Please follow our simple Instrument Service and Repair Instructions to ensure all repairs are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
- RMA numbers are required for all repairs. Any instrument sent to Med Surgical Instrument Repair Service without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. It will not be evaluated or repaired.
- Used instruments must be cleaned and sterilized prior to sending them to the Med Surgical Instrument Repair Service for repair.
- Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-610-983-3073 or email us at info@medsurgicalusa.com. Please have the following information available:
- Account name and shipping address
- Contact name and phone number
- Part number and quantity
- Description of required repair
- Payment method
- Distributors will need their customer account number and a valid purchase order number authorizing the repair service.
- End user facilities, such as Doctors, Dentists, Medical-Surgical Centers, should be prepared to make payment by credit card.
- Wrap instruments, especially sharps, to protect them during transit. Use a common carrier such as Federal Express or UPS and insure the package. Keep a record of the tracking number.
- RMA's not received within 30 days will be cancelled.
